In Nova Scotia wine country, tipple a little Tidal Bay
From the Globe and Mail and one of Uncle Ron's Favorites (Dean Jobb) a story on another favorite: Nova Scotia Wine.
On a sun-dappled patio surrounded by orderly rows of grapevines, Swiss banker-turned-winery owner Hanspeter Stutz raises a glass of honey-golden wine. “We have one of the hottest spots in the valley,” he says of his 12-hectare vineyard. The Edmonton Campus's Recent URN...
The Edmonton Chapter had a Faculty Meeting. Pictured above is the curriculum... In the words of Don Ron Bill:
Successful meeting. So amazing jerk marinade and 4 great rums. So sad for flor de Cana 18, so weak, so empty. Try rum nation Solera #14 British Guiana. So good at a reasonable price point. To uncle Ron!
we'll post the video on the Facebook page of an amazing dessert recipe they concurred on.....

You can pick up their product at their facility in Lunenburg, At the Seaport Farmers Market or at Bishops Cellar . Not a lot of reviews but here is a story from the Rum Pundit.
